- Failure to bring your license / instructional permit will result in a $60 cancellation fee. You can’t drive without these items!
- If you fail to show up for your appointment a $60 no show fee will be charged to cover our costs.
- If you need to cancel your lesson we require 48 hours advance notice or a $60 cancellation fee will apply.
- All cancellation/no-show fees must be paid prior to scheduling any future driving appointments.
- Pre-paid lessons for adults valid for six months (must be taken within six months), all Pre-Paid Teenager Packages valid for 1 year (must be taken within 1 calendar year from the date of the first lesson) .
- NO CELL PHONES, NO TEXTING, NO PAGERS, NO HEADPHONES during lessons. Use of any of these during instruction will result in immediate termination of that session. If you are expecting an important call, then please give your phone to the instructor and we will pull over so you can take your call.
- You must have your Learner’s Permit in order to be scheduled for any driving hours.
- Course completion and certificate presentation by BAY HILL DRIVING SCHOOL is not a guarantee that the DMV will issue a license.
- Behind-the-Wheel instruction sessions are taught rain or shine. The instructor reserves the right to cancel and reschedule a lesson should weather not be congruent to instruction (which is very rare).
- Parents are responsible for fifty (50) hours (40 in daylight / 10 at night) of behind the wheel practice with their child (before he/she can get their license).
- The student needs to continually put into practice what is being taught in class; this is a team effort between the student, parent and the driving school.
- A student who withdraws prior to the first lesson will receive a full refund, minus a $60 administrative fee.
- All drive test packages valid for 2 hours( due to delay in test due long waiting ,we will charge extra if go over 2 hour for completion of drive test).
Refund Policy for Online Driver’s Ed
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please contact our US-based support team for assistance with technical troubleshooting or any other issues or concerns you may have.
Customers who have not yet attempted a test or exam, requested or been issued a certificate, or completed the course, may be eligible for a refund. Students who meet these criteria must submit their request in writing (via e-mail or post) within 30 days of purchase along with proof of purchase and an explanation for the refund reason. For eligible students who have already started their course, a $5 administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
